Work-Based Learning (WBL) generally involves learning in a work environment and learning by doing. It often overlaps with terms like employment-based learning, on-the-job training, and workplace learning. These approaches are similar and usually implemented through internships, on-the-job training, and apprenticeships.

CVT’s WBL Champion Program 2024 – 2025

In collaboration with a Swiss development organization, CVT has launched the fully funded “WBL Champion” program for 2024-2025. This program is designed for owners, leaders or HR personnel attached to Line-In charges in companies and MSMEs (Max two participants per company can join) within the infrastructure sector. The program trains people to become WBL Champions, enabling them to implement WBL policies in their companies. The goals are to improve employability and income for targeted groups and boost company productivity.
