Center for Vocational Training is a non-profit organization providing high quality vocational education for the youth of Myanmar. Throughout the past two decades, Swiss support association has steered overall strategic direction and further development, but also technical and financial support to school. After twenty years of hard work, dedication, and commitment to Myanmar, CVT has become a model trademark of the national level vocational training institute in the landscape of education and employment. Today, over 3800 graduates are fostered who are successful in various careers.

Since early 2023, a team of local professionals with decades of loyalty service for the school, they have built up an independent Myanmar Board who has taken the leading role of strategic management and operation. The board keeps carrying out CVT missions and continue maintaining its long legacy and values.

Swiss Supporter Association Member Profiles

Swiss Association: “Verein für Berufsbildung in Myanmar” is registered and located in Sarnen, Switzerland. The missions of the support association are to support vocational education provided by CVT in Myanmar. Experts and association members support in financial, managerial, methodical, and logistical terms. They are unsalaried consultants, who dedicate their support either during their holidays or in their spare time. One of its main activities is collecting money from donators, sponsors, and partners to sustain the operation in Myanmar.
